The botany park of the Academic of Sciences of Ukraine was created
as Botany park of the Institute of Botanic in 1936. the square
of the botany park is 130 hectares. The collection of the park
contains about 30,000 kinds and sorts of arboreal, shrubby and
gramineous plants from the all continents of temperate, subtropical
and tropical zones of the world. The central entry into the
park is situated at the cross-road of Timiryazev Street and
Bastinnaya Street. |
