Spring in Kiev begins with flood of theDniperRiver. One could
barely walk on Vladimirskaya Hill and blue sea greeted one at
the moment. But there was other flood in Kiev except the flood
of the Dniper. That was flood of sunny flare, freshness and
warm odoriferous wind.
