Once I stand on the balcony. Look – the rain is about to start in
Kiev.
“And what about having a walk?” – thought I and left for a hike.

I’ve come to Victory Square. The rain is over and there
is nothing strange.
“Did I come for nothing?” – thought I.

Suddenly I heard a voice greeting from the passing green “Jiguli”:
“Go to the crossing of Gogolevskaya and Pavlovskaya streets. You’ll
see a startling plot there!”

I came and saw a stage… And the driver who was a pretty girl stood
on the bank. “Just do not photograph me, please” – asked she me. That
is why the most beautiful photo is absent in this story. |

I was looking and thought: “It is not the car but almost a steamer-ship.
It comes short of funnel only”…

As usual sympathizers trooped up, started advice the driver.

In a half an hour the Technical service arrived.
|
There was a gentleman in the crowd who decided to help the girl
and tried to hitch the tow to the car. |

| But the car was foreign and glib everywhere. The fellow tried in
different ways to hitch it but he could not. The driver of the retriever
became bored. “Not lucked out!” – thought he. If it was home car it
could be towed either by the bumper or by the wheel without any damages.
But it was not that case… they tried everything. |
But the car had no rig for the tow. Its creators did not fancy that
such situation could happen to the car in Kiev.

They made a break but then everything happened as in the tale: “The
egg – in the case, the case – in the palace…”
A professional came up and explained: “The tow hook is in the case,
the case – the luggage boot, there is a gag on the luggage boot, the
gag should be got out…”
Fifteen minutes more have passed.

And at last the car moved. Not the car but an amphibian!

| The carcass of the car came out to be very hermetic. But what for?

What in the Earth the creators “concealed” the tow hook in the luggage
boot. |

| We open the luggage boot and turn the car into the aquarium. It
was luck the luggage boot was empty. |
So my hike down Kiev after the rain ended. |
